Introduction

In May 2002, the Lahad Datu Branch Library moved to its own building situated in Jalan Pancuran, Lahad Datu. With a floor area of 21,581.24 sq feet (Level 1 - 9,623.8 sq feet and Level 2 - 11,957.65 sq feet) the building cost RM4 million. Service was opened to the public on June 3, 2002.
